Since 1987, garden enthusiasts have eagerly awaited the Douglas County Master Gardeners’ annual plant sale. Attendance is over 2,500 buyers. There are over 15,000 plants for sale, and hundreds of garden-related products. This is the largest garden-only show between Salem and Medford.
We are seeking the following types of vendors:
- Nurseries and suppliers of garden equipment and tools
- Vendors of plant, garden and outdoor-living products
- Providers of relevant services (garden design, construction, maintenance, etc.)
- Artists who create art or crafts related to the garden or from the garden or about the garden.
- Vendors of packaged food items and CSA services
- Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations wanting to reach this environmentally-focused audience

2026 Vendor Booth
Standard 10×10 vendor booth rental in the Exhibit Hall at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
Add this first booth to your cart to begin application process, vendor details will be taken at checkout. MG discount applied after approval.
Payment is only processed after approval from DCMGA
The cost of a 10′ x 10′ vendor booth is $75.
Take advantage of the 20% Early Bird Discount on booth fee with payment by February 21, 2026 (automatically applied, first booth only, not applicable to nonprofit booths).
Tables ($15) and chairs ($3) are available for rent as a convenience to vendors. Access to electricity is available for $5. (no discounts offered)
Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations receive a 50% discount, for the first booth, with additional booths at the regular vendor rate. Active DCMGA members receive a 10% discount on the first booth. Both discounts applied during approval process and will appear on the final invoice.

We hold a raffle at the Plant & Garden Expo, which is an important fundraiser for the Master Gardener program. We rely on donations from vendors for the raffle: one or more of your products, a gift basket, a gift certificate. Documentation of your tax-deductible donation will be provided. Please support us!
Vendor setup is on Friday, May 1, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 7:00 to 8:30 AM.
No refunds after April 1, 2026. Refunds will not include credit card processing fees for online payments (~3.4%)
Plant vendors must have an active ODA nursery permit. All plants must be accurately labeled and in full compliance with the ODA (no noxious weeds, no unauthorized propagates).
Vendors are subject to the rules and regulations of the Douglas County Fairgrounds and agree to release and hold harmless the Douglas County Master Gardener Association and its directors, agents, and volunteers in case of injury, death, property loss, or damage from participation in this event.
We are using a new vendor registration process:
- Click on “Apply now” orange button
- Choose your desired add-ons (tables, chairs, electricity, additional booth space)
- Click “Add to cart” orange button
- Complete the checkout form including vendor and product information
- Click “Submit application” orange button
- Application is sent to plant sale vendor committee for approval
- If approved, an invoice will be sent to the email on the application with payment request (credit card/digital payments) with applicable discounts applied
- Final receipt will be sent once payment has been received
- Returning vendors will be given priority and will generally receive the same space they had the year before
